Pluriversal tunings / Designs for the pluriverse
UNIRSM Design, Università degli studi di San Marino
The pluriverse as "a world in which many worlds meet". That is the starting point of the Contemporary Critique course 2022–23, in which I took part alongside lecturer Angela Rui at the BA Design programme of the University of San Marino.

The course explored alternative research methodologies through five intensive workshops with guests: studio òbelo, Massimo Barbierato, RadioSTRA and Elisa Giuliano. At the centre was the individual and collective “sensorium”, the full range of the senses as a tool for understanding other living beings, and as an instrument for an open translation of human-environment connection. Particular attention was paid to what remains in the dark: physically, because it cannot be perceived through purely human senses, and conceptually, because it has not yet been translated into new devices. Working with the students I contributed through research, developing some of the lessons and preparing theoretical and practical materials, helping to build critical, choral, sensitive and creative investigations in support of interdependencies and kinships in the pluriverse.
